The Care Continuum Alliance Capitol Caucus in Washington, D.C., is the annual legislative and regulatory update for the population health industry. It brings together key Washington policymakers and population health management executives for a day of focused briefings on legislative and regulatory issues for wellness, prevention and care management in 2013.
