EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) -- An international organization plans to open a chapter here, in Wisconsin, to highlight the growing problem of chronic disease.
The Partnership to Fight Chronic Disease says they hope to open the chapter before the state's presidential primary on April 5.
Chronic illnesses include disease such as diabetes or high blood pressure.
